Gabriel Ibarra Pardo is an experienced Colombian lawyer with over 30 years advising national and multinational clients on competition law, foreign trade and customs. He has advised international organizations and state entities, served on a WTO Dispute Settlement Body panel (EU v. Russia, DS521), represented clients before the Colombian Competition Authority and in trade remedy proceedings, and is a regular columnist and arbitrator.
