Emi Rowse is a partner and Head of the Japan Practice at Kudun & Partners with over 17 years' experience advising and representing clients across Asia in complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. She has acted for clients in financial institutions, energy and manufacturing sectors, and has represented parties in ICC, LCIA, SIAC and TAI arbitrations while advising on commercial contracts, shareholder and joint venture disputes, employment, investigations (including corruption, fraud and corporate governance) and competition law.
