Dr. Sutharm Valaisathien is Executive Director and Senior Partner at ILCT Ltd., specialising in foreign business law, foreign direct investment and investment promotion (BOI), and assisting multinational clients to establish operations in Thailand. He trained in law and diplomacy in Thailand and France, began his career at SEATO, and has held leadership roles including Vice President of Foreign Affairs of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and long-serving President of the Belgian‑Luxembourg/Thai Chamber of Commerce.
