Mesrop Manukyan is Founding Partner at MB Legal and leads the firm's corporate and transactional practice in Armenia. He advises domestic and international clients on M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts and public-private partnership projects, with a particular focus on the technology, telecommunications and capital markets sectors; he has substantial prior in-house experience and has lectured in corporate and transactional law at the American University of Armenia since 2016.
