Partner at Hong Fang Law based in China, Nikita Xue has practised in the legal field since 2001 with over 15 years' experience focusing on intellectual property, including rights acquisition, prosecution and dispute resolution. She has handled hundreds of cases and more than 1,000 registration applications, works mainly with multinational corporations, and has been an INTA member since 2006, serving on its Pro Bono Committee in 2012–2013 and 2014–2015.
