He advises banks and asset management institutions across Hong Kong, Macau and the PRC on cross-border secured and unsecured loan financings (including acquisition, project and real estate financing), syndicated loans and secondary-market loan transactions, and advises trustee companies on share award/match and other employee incentive schemes as well as trust documentation and administration.
