Dong-Seok (Johan) Oh is an attorney at Kim & Chang who practices primarily in international arbitration, cross-border litigation, energy and resources, project finance and other international matters. He represents clients in proceedings under ICC, KCAB, AAA, LCIA and SIAC rules, serves as an arbitrator at AIAC and KCAB, and draws on experience as general counsel of the International Legal Team of Hyundai Heavy Industries group handling shipbuilding, industrial plants, power generation, overseas construction and offshore projects.
