Partner at Yoon & Yang LLC since 2012, Kiman Park advises on M&A, investment funds, acquisition financing, corporate governance, management rights disputes, compliance, and bankruptcy/corporate rehabilitation. He previously served as a judge advocate in the Republic of Korea Air Force (2009–2012) and holds an LL.M. from Cornell University (2017); admitted to the Korean bar (2009) and New York (2021).
