He represents clients in a wide range of commercial disputes (including joint ventures, construction and infrastructure, distributorships, licensing and franchising, complex financial products, labour & employment and product liability), has acted in arbitrations under ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, AAA‑ICDR, JCAA, CIETAC, VIAC and UNCITRAL, and serves as an arbitrator on panels including the JCAA, KCAB INTERNATIONAL and the Japan Sports Arbitration Agency (JSAA).
