Senior partner in Lee & Ko’s Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group, who joined the firm in 2016 after more than three decades on Korea’s judiciary, including six years as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Korea. He advises on a wide range of litigation matters (civil, criminal and administrative) and on disputes involving corporate, banking & finance, trusts, tax & customs, intellectual property and employment issues.
