Sai Yeang Ng is a partner at Raja, Darryl & Loh in Malaysia and Head of the Dispute Resolution practice, specialising in commercial litigation with emphasis on banking and finance, property, receivership and insolvency, and corporate disputes including shareholder matters and schemes of arrangement. She graduated from Keele University in 1989, was called to the Bar of England and Wales (Inner Temple) in 1990, called to the Malaysian Bar in 1991 and became a partner in 1997.
