Sehun Ko is a Parther at Jipyong LLC in the firm’s M&A Group, advising on M&A transactions, general corporate matters, complex cross-border transactions, tax and investment issues. He spent many years in the firm’s Yangon office handling Myanmar-related matters including local M&As, joint ventures, real estate development and local incorporations; he holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School (2018–2019) and was admitted to the Korean bar in 2012.
