Mr. Wang is a partner at Haiwen & Partners, resident in the Beijing office, whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, fund formation and fund investment. He joined Haiwen in June 2002, worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in its New York and Beijing offices from September 2007 to February 2010, and re-joined Haiwen in March 2010.
