Andrew Chang Weng Shan is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution department at Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill in Malaysia, specialising in corporate and commercial disputes, banking and insolvency, shipping, construction and real estate matters. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2017 and admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2018, and acts for clients at all levels of the Malaysian courts as well as in commercial arbitration.
