Partner at Shearn Delamore & Co (with the firm since 2003, made partner in 2012) specialising in building and construction law, including litigation, domestic and international arbitration, adjudication and mediation. He advises on drafting and negotiation of construction and engineering contracts (including PAM, PWD, FIDIC and IEM forms) and is an empaneled adjudicator with the AIAC and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
