Peter Burke is Managing Partner at Axis Consultants (Thailand) Limited and has practised corporate and commercial law in Thailand since 1996. He previously worked at Allen & Overy London and JSM (now Mayer Brown), where he became a partner in 2007 and led the corporate and commercial practice, and in 2011 co‑founded Axis Legal; he represents international banks, multinational and privately held companies, private equity funds and charities on M&A and banking and finance matters.
