Bunye is Senior Partner and Deputy Managing Partner for Administration at Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia; she heads the firm's Mining & Natural Resources Department and Energy practice group and is also a Partner in the Intellectual Property Department. Her practice focuses on trademarks and IP commercialization (including licensing and franchising) and on registration of food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical products with the Philippine Food & Drug Administration; she is active in international IP licensing bodies and in mining legal committees.
