Gwang Soo Oh is Managing Partner at D&A LLC, with a practice focused on criminal law, compliance, corporate, finance and restructuring, real estate, ESG, the Serious Accidents Punishment Act, blockchain and investigations. He is a former senior prosecutor with multiple chief prosecutor roles and was appointed Senior Secretary to the President for Civil Affairs (June 2025).
