Partner at FTPA in France, Guillaume Berruyer returned to FTPA after starting his career there in 1997 and seven years as a partner at Jeantet to head the firm's banking and financial services department. He has nearly 20 years' experience in banking and financial regulatory work, advising banks and investment service providers on regulatory matters and business documentation and assisting with banking/financial litigation and disciplinary proceedings before the AMF Sanctions Commission, the ACPR and the courts.
