History: Founded in 1972, FTPA is now one of the leading independent business law firms in France. FTPA comprises nearly 80 lawyers, including 29 partners. Expertise: The firm has developed a pragmatic approach to legal and jurisdictional issues in the main areas of business law. It advises and assists its clients, in France and abroad, in both advisory and litigation matters. Our lawyers are recognised for their expertise, dedication and availability. Sectors: FTPA has specific expertise in a number of key sectors in order to better meet its clients' challenges. The firm is able to quickly put together multidisciplinary teams, which are used to collaborating with its clients' in-house teams and can adapt to the needs of each business sector. International: Thanks to its international network of local lawyers, from which FTPA selects its partner lawyers independently, the firm is able to provide an effective response to its clients' needs and support them in their international legal strategy.
