Partner in the intellectual property department at FTPA and a recognized specialist in IP law, advising on trademarks, designs, copyright and patents under French and European law for European and American clients. He has extensive experience in cross-border litigation (including Turkey, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco), spent 41 years at Gide Loyrette Nouel (34 as partner), and is active in industry bodies and pro bono work.
