Partner at FTPA who leads the competition law team, specializing in French and European competition law and representing clients before the French Competition Authority and the European Commission in cartel and abuse of dominance matters. He has significant experience in regulated sectors (notably telecommunications and energy), advises on merger control, foreign investment and foreign subsidy reviews, and is active in follow-on damages litigation; he also publishes in Concurrences and teaches in the LL.M. program at the University of Aix‑Marseille.
