Partner in the Tax department at Reinhart Marville Torre (France) advising companies and executives on domestic and international tax matters, including reorganizations, acquisitions and leveraged buyouts, transfer pricing, tax audits and disputes, and innovation taxation. Admitted to the New York Bar (2011) and the Paris Bar (2012); teaches transfer pricing and holds advanced tax degrees from Paris II Panthéon-Assas and UCLA School of Law.
