Tax: The tax team helps French and foreign companies in industry, real estate, new technologies, pharmaceuticals and services to resolve complex transactions, both on an advisory and a litigation basis. It also works with private equity players throughout the investment cycle, from structuring the deal to putting in place or unwinding the management package. Real estate: The real estate and town planning team advises and litigates on behalf of private and public individuals and companies: developers, investors, users (French and foreign industrial groups, major international retailers). From project design through to implementation and dispute resolution, we provide specific support at every stage, taking into account the legal constraints specific to each discipline and the tax optimisation of the structures put in place. Employment: The employment team assists French and international companies and their directors in all areas of employment law. In a field where advice and defence have become inseparable functions, the team draws on this dual expertise to provide an integrated, responsive and effective approach. It strives to provide pragmatic and rigorous solutions, with an emphasis on preventing disputes. Public: The public business law team advises and litigates on behalf of national and local public bodies and their private industrial and financial partners. It covers all areas of public business law, with expertise based on solid experience of the legal issues in the sector: complex regulatory framework and case law, specific features of public project financing methods and particular contract award procedures. Product liability/professional and industrial risks: The product liability/professional and industrial risks team offers cutting-edge expertise in the field of industrial risks, defective products, regulatory and compliance matters, as well as issues arising from accidents in the workplace, occupational illnesses and the management of insurance litigation.
