Partner at Reinhart Marville Torre in France, advising lenders and borrowers on financing for leveraged buyouts (LBOs), growth capital and private equity transactions, including bank loans, bond issuances and collateral arrangements. He has a particular specialization in venture debt, assists professional and non‑professional investors in structuring investment vehicles, is involved in international transactions, and joined the firm as a partner in 2015 after more than twelve years at Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés.
