With extensive experience in employment law due diligence, Ellianna plays an active role in assessing labour-related risks and obligations during corporate transactions. She also has strong expertise in immigration law, assisting clients with the issuance of all types of work permits and guiding them through the application process. Beyond advisory work, Ellianna represents clients before the Labour Inspectorate, prepares out-of-court statements, responses, and legal remedies, and advocates for clients in court, handling cases involving wrongful dismissals, unilateral detrimental changes, workplace discrimination, and employment disputes.
