By creating an account, browsing our website, or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction; have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full; and agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms.

LinkinLegal provides a directory and matching platform to help users find legal professionals, communication tools to connect clients and lawyers, informational legal content and resources for general guidance only, and document review facilitation between users and listed professionals. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

You may be required to register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information; maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials; notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account; and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Legal professionals listed on LinkinLegal are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or representatives of LinkinLegal. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcome of legal services provided; endorse or recommend any specific legal professional; or verify the accuracy of all information submitted by listed professionals. Users are responsible for independently verifying the credentials, licensure, and suitability of any legal professional they engage through our platform.

Use of LinkinLegal does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and LinkinLegal, or between you and any legal professional listed on our platform, unless you have entered into a separate engagement agreement directly with that professional. Content available on our platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

Certain services on LinkinLegal may be subject to fees. Where applicable, all fees will be disclosed clearly before purchase; payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers; refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis per our Refund Policy; and we reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable prior notice.

When using LinkinLegal, you agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose; impersonate any person, entity, or legal professional; submit false reviews or misleading information about legal professionals; harass, threaten, or harm other users or listed professionals; scrape, copy, or redistribute content from our platform without written permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data; or use the platform to solicit clients in violation of applicable professional conduct rules.

All content on LinkinLegal, including text, graphics, logos, design, and software, is the property of LinkinLegal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent. By submitting content to our platform, such as reviews or profile information, you grant LinkinLegal a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

Your use of LinkinLegal is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LinkinLegal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our platform or services, including any damages resulting from reliance on information obtained through LinkinLegal. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LinkinLegal and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of our platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or your use of LinkinLegal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
