LinkinLegal.com ("we," "us," or "our") is a software platform for legal work. It gives in-house legal teams, law firms and other professionals AI-assisted legal research, contract templates and drafting, legal translation, compliance tracking, company records, sanctions and PEP screening, and a directory of lawyers and law firms. LinkinLegal is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

By creating an account, browsing our website, or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction; have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full; and agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms.

Depending on your plan, LinkinLegal lets you research laws and regulations and ask Alaya, our AI assistant, about them; find, draft and edit contracts; translate documents; store and organise documents; keep company records and track compliance obligations; screen people and companies against sanctions and PEP lists; and search a directory of lawyers and law firms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

You may be required to register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information; maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials; notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account; and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

LinkinLegal's AI features read the documents, questions and other content you give them in order to answer, draft, translate or review. You keep all rights to the content you upload or create in LinkinLegal, and you allow us to host and process it only to provide the services to you and to the people you share it with.

We do not use your content to train AI models.

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review it, and check the sources it cites, before you rely on it.

Lawyers and law firms listed in the LinkinLegal directory are independent and are not employees, agents, or representatives of LinkinLegal. Listings come from public sources and from the firms themselves. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any legal services; endorse or recommend any lawyer or firm; or verify every detail of a listing. You are responsible for checking the credentials, licensure, and suitability of any lawyer or firm before you engage them.

Use of LinkinLegal does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and LinkinLegal, or between you and any lawyer or law firm in the directory, unless you have entered into a separate engagement agreement directly with them. Content on our platform, including AI output, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

Our plans, passes and prices are set out on our pricing page, and the price is shown before you pay. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Subscriptions renew until you cancel; you can cancel anytime from your billing portal, and your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. A plan with a 12-month term is billed monthly and runs for the whole term. Day and Week passes are one-time purchases. AI features on subscriptions are unlimited under the fair-use terms on our pricing page.

Refund requests are considered case by case: email office@linkinlegal.com. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable prior notice.

When using LinkinLegal, you agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose; impersonate any person, entity, or legal professional; submit false or misleading information about lawyers or law firms; harass, threaten, or harm other users or listed professionals; scrape, copy, or redistribute content from our platform without written permission; use scripts or other automated means to access the AI features or get around usage limits; upload content you don't have the right to use; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data; or use the platform to solicit clients in violation of applicable professional conduct rules.

All content on LinkinLegal, including text, graphics, logos, design, and software, is the property of LinkinLegal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent. Your own content stays yours, as section 5 sets out. By submitting information for the directory, such as listing or profile details, you grant LinkinLegal a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that information in connection with our services.

Your use of LinkinLegal is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our platform, you consent to the data practices described therein. We comply with applicable data protection laws including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection. We do not use your content to train AI models.

LinkinLegal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that results obtained through our services, including AI output, will be accurate or reliable; or that any lawyer or law firm in the directory will meet your specific needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LinkinLegal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our platform or services, including any damages resulting from reliance on information obtained through LinkinLegal. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LinkinLegal and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of our platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. LinkinLegal does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or your use of LinkinLegal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. We encourage users to contact us to resolve disputes informally before initiating formal legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of LinkinLegal after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to LinkinLegal at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, legal professionals, third parties, or the interests of LinkinLegal.
