Anna Sundquist

Anna is a lawyer and partner at the law firm Wallin & Partners. She has worked with disputes since 2011, both in general courts, administrative courts and in Swedish and international arbitration proceedings. She has acted as counsel for Swedish, foreign and multinational companies in disputes concerning, among other things, construction, M&A, automotive, energy and telecom. Maria Sundqvist

Maria has been a lawyer at the law firm Wallin & Partners since 2018. Since 2015, she has worked with commercial disputes, in general courts as well as in Swedish and international arbitration. Through her work, she has gained a broad experience of disputes relating to different industries as well as areas of law. Martin Wallin

After more than 30 years in court and in law firms, Martin has a broad and extensive experience of dispute resolution before both Swedish courts and Swedish and international arbitration tribunals. He has been counsel in more than 200 Swedish and international arbitration proceedings. For many years, Martin has also been a sought-after arbitrator. He is appointed as party-appointed arbitrator, chairman and sole arbitrator in arbitrations under the SCC or ICC rules as well as UNCITRAL and ad hoc proceedings. His experience covers disputes in a wide range of areas and industries, including M&A, construction, infrastructure and telecoms, and he has been successful in five cases in the Supreme Court.
