Adriana Vargas

Adriana Vargas is the Director of Litigation and Arbitration at Lexincorp Costa Rica. She has a solid track record in commercial and construction arbitration, as well as in complex litigation. After earning her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School, she joined the New York office of one of the most prestigious law firms in the United States, where she handled cases before the NYC Commission on Human Rights and the NY State Division of Human Rights. During this period, she actively participated in judicial and administrative hearings, including proceedings before the Federal Court. Additionally, she has overseen over a hundred cases in commercial, civil, and labor law at a leading dispute resolution firm recognized in the Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500 rankings.
