Marwan is a Partner in the corporate team in Dubai. He is regularly involved in complex corporate structuring and reorganisations matters as well as advising a number of local and expat families in the UAE and GCC. Marwan currently advises on a range of corporate structuring, family wealth planning, advisory and regulatory matters as well as Capital Markets and Initial Public Offering transactions. Marwan holds a Masters in International and European Business Law from Paris 1 University – Panthéon-Sorbonne in which he was also enrolled for his bachelor degree.
