Chris is a Partner and heads the Employment team in Dubai. He has 14 years’ experience advising clients in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. He has expertise in resolving matters of strategic importance and supporting clients through every step, building lasting relationships. Chris has broad experience in many sectors including transport, retail, private equity, construction, manufacturing, food, energy and finance. His practice also covers HR advice, workplace investigations, business protection, restructuring programs and M&A. Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Chris worked at an international law firm in the UK, working with a range of national and international clients.
