Ahmed is a qualified senior associate in our Dispute Resolution department. He has 25 years of experience advising on a wide and varied range of complex, national and cross-border disputes, including raising and defending civil, banking, commercial, employment, construction, property and corporate claims. His wide-ranging experience has been heavily focused on banking disputes involving bankruptcy, loan recovery, mortgages, and other commercial matters. Ahmed also has extensive experience with high-value employment matters, including defending high-profile companies against major international claims. Ahmed’s experience also includes advising high-profile governmental entities up to the Supreme Court stage, including multiple government and government-owned energy companies. Ahmed has also successfully resolved disputes through miscellaneous means, including settlement agreements and various alternative dispute resolution methods.
