Rami is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution department in Dubai. He holds a Masters Degree in Law and has over 20 years of extensive in-house and law firm experience in handling complex litigation and arbitration matters. Rami advises clients on many areas of dispute resolution including civil, real estate, penal, cybercrimes, customs, antitrust, intellectual property, employment and general commercial litigation. He also has experience of advising on agency law, construction and Islamic banking disputes. Rami has a reputation for establishing new precedents in trademark disputes by successfully developing and executing strategic wins both at trial and on appeal. Rami is an Arab Certified Intellectual Property Practitioner and holds a Professional Diploma in Islamic Finance transactions and is qualified as a Certified Islamic Arbitrator and Expert (CIAE). He has received Appreciation and Contribution Certificates from associations such as World Justice Project, Doing Business IFC and the World Ban.
