He has more than 22 years of experience and represents reputable GCC and international corporations in high-value claims involving commercial, labour, insurance, construction and criminal disputes. He also represents his clients in claims involving the attachment of assets, payment order applications, enforcement/nullification of foreign judgments, and arbitral awards in the UAE. Mohamed is registered as a lawyer before the Egyptian Cassation Court. He obtained his bachelor of Sharia and Law from Al Azhar University in Egypt, then worked in the legal department of a reputable bank for 8 years.
