Ettore has significant experience advising leading financial institutions and corporate clients on a broad range of domestic and cross‑border financing transactions, both on the lender and borrower side. His practice covers the full spectrum of financing products, including leveraged and acquisition finance, unitranche facilities, high‑yield financings, corporate lending, structured finance, global banking transactions and real estate financing. Ettore has also substantial experience in special situations and R&I, advising both creditors and debtors in out-of-court workouts, distressed debt restructurings and formal insolvency proceedings.
