Federica Barbero

Federica is head of the firm’s Italian Employment practice. She is experienced in all aspects of employment law, primarily focusing on senior managers’ employment contracts and terminations, retention arrangements, remuneration structures, works councils and unions’ relations and collective redundancy procedures.
