Leslie (Les) B. Reese III

Les Reese counsels both public and private companies on issues that arise in securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, and corporate governance matters. He also advises clients in corporate transactions ranging from venture financings and private placements to public offerings. Before joining Hogan Lovells, Les was an associate at another leading international law firm, where he advised clients on cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and public and private financings. Prior to attending law school, Les served as an officer in the United States Army.
