Allen Pegg is a Partner in the Litigation, Arbitration, and Employment department of Hogan Lovells US LLP. For nearly two decades, he has concentrated in complex litigation, arbitration, and appellate work, and now leads the Miami office’s robust litigation team. He represents clients in disputes involving health care, financial services, business torts, class action defense, and corporate governance, regularly representing large health insurers and financial institutions. He has first-chaired numerous trials and arbitral hearings and has briefed and argued dozens of appeals. He also handles pro bono matters and has served on the federal appellate list for Criminal Justice Act appointments.
