Has advised on IPOs for Baladna QPSC and QLM Life & Medical Insurance QPSC, advised the first Qatar-based independent VC fund manager on establishing a fund under QFC rules, and handles joint ventures, incorporations, shareholder agreements, share transfers, restructurings, and commercial advisory.
