Nita Maru is the Managing Partner of TWS Legal Consultants and a UK-qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with over 25 years of post-qualification experience. She established TWS in 2009 to serve the legal needs of international individuals and families in the UAE. She pioneered a practice model integrating Wills, Inheritance, Family Law, Real Estate, and Corporate Structuring. She is one of the first lawyers to register DIFC Wills in Dubai and played a key role in shaping the DIFC Wills Service Centre rules. She heads the firm's Private Client and Family Law departments and leads TWS Corporate Services (DIFC) Limited.
