Charles Bremner is a corporate lawyer based in Hong Kong. Charles has over 10 years' experience acting on a wide range of international cross-border M&A, joint ventures and investments across a number of sectors, but with a focus on the infrastructure, real estate, financial institutions and transport sectors. Charles also regularly acts for clients on complex multi-jurisdictional restructurings and general corporate advisory matters (including matters relating to governance, share capital and returns of value). He often acts on and coordinates transactions which require large multidisciplinary teams across a number of jurisdictions and timezones. Charles relocated to our Hong Kong office in October 2022, after practising for over 10 years in our London office.
