Joe Lee
Joe Lee is an antitrust and competition lawyer based in our Hong Kong office. Joe advises multinational and Asia-based organisations and companies on competition compliance issues, cartel investigations and multijurisdictional merger filings across various industrial sectors, including aviation, shipping, automotive, chemicals, logistics and infrastructure, hospitality, fast-moving consumer goods, confectionary, information technology, financial services, insurance, public utilities, energies, heavy machinery and real estate and property management. Joe has guided parties in navigating through complex antitrust issues in contractual joint ventures, which typically involve a complex econometrics analysis and engagement with competition authorities across the region.
