Joris Ravelli is a banking lawyer based in Amsterdam, serving as Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright in the Banking and Finance department. He has extensive experience in a broad range of finance transactions, including project finance, asset finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance and corporate finance, acting for Dutch and foreign financial institutions, sponsors and corporates. He has built a strong track record in the digital infrastructure space, leading numerous data centre financings across various jurisdictions in Europe, and has been involved in many bespoke private placements across sectors, acting for institutional investors and issuers.
