Wijnand Blom is an international employment and labour lawyer based in Amsterdam, where he heads the Amsterdam employment and labour practice at Norton Rose Fulbright. He has over 20 years of experience, including prior experience in corporate law and energy law. He focuses on employee benefits, reorganizations, works council and labour union issues, intragroup and/or international employee mobility matters, industrial action and litigation and disputes related to complex cross-border restructurings and insolvencies. He has acted for leading companies and represented clients in landmark litigation. He has commented on major developments in Dutch and European employment and labour law in legal publications and media. He is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association and the Netherlands Employment Lawyers Association.
