Hélène Choquet

Hélène advises on a wide range of aspects in the creation, exploitation and protection of intellectual property, and in particular on trade marks, copyrights, design rights and domain names, and in unfair competition matters. She deals with both contentious and non-contentious matters for French and foreign clients in various sectors. Hélène also deals with data protection. Hélène is a French lawyer, admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017. She joined Simmons & Simmons in 2017. She was graduated from the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI). She holds a Master’s degree in “Intellectual Property Law and Valuation of Intangible Assets” from the CEIPI and a LLM in “European Legal Studies” from Cardiff Law School.
