Cyril Fiat focuses on the structuring, formation, and fundraising of private investment funds, advising French and foreign fund managers on a wide range of strategies and asset classes. He also advises on secondary transactions and GP stakes, and provides counsel on compliance with European regulations (AIFMD, MiFID, SFDR, EU Taxonomy, ESG). Before Simmons & Simmons, he worked at leading international law firms and as in-house counsel for the World Bank, advising its pension fund on alternative asset investments and separately managed accounts.
