Isabelle, based in Paris, is recognized as a specialist in financial debt restructuring. She primarily represents creditors in amicable debt restructuring negotiations, out-of-court restructuring procedures and complex insolvency proceedings. Her expertise covers many sectors of activity. With over 30 years of experience across various sectors, including distribution, services, and real estate, her expertise enables her to assist clients in navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional restructuring processes, offering both consulting and litigation support. She regularly represents a diverse range of creditors, including French and International banks, financial institutions, syndicated loan agents, creditor committees, private investors, and others affected by underperformance or the default of their debtors. Isabelle has extensive experience in both French and International partnerships, including WTS and, most recently, FIDAL where she co-led the Paris-based practice focused on business transformation and turnaround strategies.
