Moira Gamba
Moira is a Counsel in our Corporate & Commercial group in Milan and specialises in international corporate and private equity transactions, including M&As, joint ventures, partnerships, and shareholder and management agreements across a broad range of industry sectors. She advises major private Italian and international private equity houses on extraordinary transactions, including cross-border investments and divestments (majority or minority stakes) throughout the related process (including club deals and add-on acquisitions), including with respect to the minority re-investments and the implementation of management incentive schemes.
