Pim Duteweert
Pim provides pragmatic corporate tax advice to asset managers, investment funds and corporates. He is specialising in fund structuring, acquisitions and disposals of investments and related corporate matters including management participations and restructurings. Pim is a managing associate based in our Amsterdam office. In 2022 he completed a secondment to a Dutch independent private market fund manager where he worked on a wide variety of matters including fund raising, acquisitions and disposals, asset management and co-investment structures. · Simmons & Simmons
