She represents pension funds, insurance companies and large national and international companies on pension related issues. Laurie’s ample experience includes, amongst others, involvement of (international) harmonisation and de-risking of pension schemes, liquidation and consolation of pension funds, duty of care issues, M&A transactions, the technical and financial aspects of the complex implementation contracts and mandatory participation in mandatory industry-wide pension funds. She also regularly advises and litigates on high-profile and contentious pension disputes.
